WANA (Jul 17) – The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has announced a $10 million bounty for the assassination of U.S. President Donald Trump, while strongly condemning his remarks regarding the assassinations of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani and Iraqi militia commander Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.

 

In an official statement, the group revealed that the $10 million reward was raised through “donations from loyal sons and zealous supporters” specifically for this purpose.

 

The group criticized the U.S. President, stating that he openly boasts about the assassination of the two commanders—a move they claimed serves as “the clearest evidence of the moral degradation of the U.S. government.”

 

“This action will bring eternal shame upon Trump and his administration,” the statement read, adding that “the free people of the world will continue to pursue this killer of children and scientists.”

 

General Qasem Soleimani, the former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ (IRGC) Quds Force, was killed in 2020 alongside Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis in a targeted U.S. drone strike near Baghdad International Airport during Trump’s first presidential term. Soleimani had been visiting the country at the invitation of the Iraqi government.

 

Concluding its statement, the Iraqi Islamic Resistance warned that the “criminal Trump” would find no safe haven from their wrath, declaring that exacted retribution against him remains a binding vow for all resistance forces.
