IRGC Announces Strikes on Israeli-Linked Satellite Stations and U.S. Bases in Ongoing Operations
WANA (Mar 24) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it targeted satellite reception stations serving the Israeli military, along with several U.S. military bases, as part of the latest wave of its ongoing operations.
In an official statement, the IRGC said the strikes were carried out during the 79th wave of “Operation True Promise 4.” The operation was symbolically dedicated to an 18-month-old child from Tabriz and her family, described as victims of recent events.
According to the statement, the targets included satellite reception facilities linked to what it described as the Israeli regime, as well as U.S. military installations at Al-Azraq, Sheikh Isa, Ali Al Salem, and Arifjan.
The IRGC said the strikes were conducted using a combination of long- and medium-range missile systems powered by solid and liquid fuel, along with attack drones, in what it described as a continuous and impact-focused operation.
The statement said the operation achieved its predetermined objectives.
The IRGC also stated that siren alerts and prolonged sheltering conditions for residents in Israeli-controlled territories are ongoing and will continue.
