WANA (Jun 25) – Major General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Ground Forces, reiterated Iran’s firm stance against Israel, declaring that the country remains fully prepared for any confrontation.

 

“We have never trusted the Zionist enemy and we never will,” Pakpour stated. “All our fighters have their hands on the trigger. If the enemy makes a miscalculation, we will respond decisively, just as we did over the past 12 days. When it comes to defending our homeland, we do not hesitate for even a moment.”

 

General Pakpour expressed deep gratitude for what he called the “wisdom and prudence” of Iran’s Supreme Leader, crediting his leadership with managing the current conflict effectively.

 

He also extended thanks to the Iranian government, members of parliament, the judiciary, and other officials, institutions, and national media outlets for their support of the Armed Forces’ operational efforts.

 

In closing, the commander praised the Iranian people for their unity and resilience during the conflict, stating, “The people earned top marks in this war. We sincerely thank them for standing with us.”
