IRGC Commander Warns of Decisive Response to Any Threat
WANA (Apr 22) – The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force has released a new message to the Iranian people, emphasizing public support and warning of a firm response to any hostile action.
Brigadier General Seyed Majid Mousavi delivered the message on Tuesday evening (April 21), addressing recent developments and highlighting the role of public presence in strengthening the country’s defense posture.
Referring to what he described as more than 50 days since the “third imposed war,” he underscored the significance of public support, stating: “For more than fifty days since the imposed war began, you, the devoted people of Iran, have supported those on the frontlines through your presence in the streets and public squares.”
He also expressed appreciation for this support, adding: “As humble sons of this nation, we bow in respect to your clenched fists and steadfast steps.”
The commander further pointed to the actions of military forces during this period, saying: “Your sons stood by the launchers and exposed the enemy’s credibility, and even during the period of military silence, they have remained vigilant, with fingers on the trigger, ready to defend Iran’s ancient civilization and your dignity.”
Mousavi stressed continued operational readiness and issued a warning: “If the enemy makes any miscalculation or commits any act of aggression against this land, this time, wherever you determine will become our target.”
He also addressed southern neighbors, cautioning: “Southern neighbors should know that if their territory or facilities are used by enemies against Iran, they must bid farewell to oil production in the Middle East.”
