WANA (Mar 27) – The Public Relations office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has issued a directive following what it termed “falsehoods by the corrupt President of the United States” regarding the openness of the Strait of Hormuz.

 

The statement noted: “This morning, three container ships of various nationalities attempted to move toward the designated corridor for authorized vessels but were intercepted and forced to turn back by the IRGC Navy.”

 

It added: “The IRGC Navy has officially declared the Strait of Hormuz closed, warning that any movement within this strait will be met with a harsh confrontation.”

 

“Furthermore, the transit of any ship “from or to” the ports of the allies and supporters of the Zionist-American enemies, regardless of the destination or corridor used, is strictly prohibited,” IRGC declared.
