WANA (Apr 01) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a fresh warning over any potential assassination attempts inside Iran, stressing that the Islamic Republic will determine its own retaliatory response whether such an act is carried out directly by the U.S. military or by Israel.

In statement No. 52 regarding Operation True Promise 4, the IRGC said its earlier warning remains in effect, emphasizing that any regime or military involved in carrying out an assassination on Iranian soil will face consequences.

The statement came in response to a recent declaration by U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), which reportedly claimed that the U.S. military does not target homes and that if any assassination takes place, it is not the work of American forces.

Rejecting that claim, the IRGC described it as “an outright lie,” arguing that there is what it called undeniable evidence of direct U.S. military involvement in attacks on civilian and residential sites. The statement specifically referred to alleged attacks on the residences of Iran’s Supreme Leader and several Iranian officials, as well as what it described as an assault on a school in Minab and the killing of students there.

The IRGC further argued that the overt presence and participation of the U.S. military in what it called a “terrorist coalition” makes Washington directly responsible for all actions carried out by that coalition, regardless of whether the acts are committed by U.S. forces themselves or by allied actors.

It also reiterated that the previously announced threat against 18 U.S.-linked intelligence companies remains valid, warning that any regime or military involved in an assassination operation against Iran will see those entities targeted in response.

In the name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Following the IRGC’s warning that U.S. intelligence companies would be targeted in the event of an assassination attempt in Iran, the Central Command of the terrorist U.S. military claimed in a statement that it does not attack homes and that if any assassination occurs, it is not their doing.

We declare to the U.S. Central Command that, first, your claim of not attacking homes and civilian centers is an outright lie, because undeniable evidence proves attacks on the residences of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution and some Iranian officials, as well as the assault on a school in Minab and the killing of students, all of which are prominent and clear examples of direct terrorist and anti-human actions carried out by the terrorist U.S. military.

Second, the clear presence and participation of the U.S. military in a terrorist coalition means that this military bears certain and direct responsibility for all actions and operations carried out by that coalition.

Therefore, it is once again declared that whether the U.S. military directly commits a terrorist crime or whether the brutal Zionist regime does so, the Islamic Republic will choose the retaliatory response.

The threat of the Islamic Republic of Iran remains valid, and any regime or military that carries out an assassination will see the 18 companies named in the previous statement receive the response.
