WANA (Mar 31) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it is pursuing a “long-term horizon to erode the Israeli regime and the U.S. army in the region,” according to a statement by its Public Relations Office.

The statement said combined operations by Iran’s armed forces and the “Axis of Resistance” continued under the 88th wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” carried out under the code “Ya Fatima al-Zahra (PBUH),” and dedicated to Hezbollah martyrs. It claimed these operations have intensified pressure on what it described as “aggressor forces.”

The IRGC added that its Aerospace Force used heavy missile systems, including Emad, Kheibar Shekan, and Ghadr (solid and liquid-fuel missiles) to strike multiple locations across what it called “occupied territories,” including Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv, Beersheba, the Galilee, the Negev, Tel Nof Air Base, Arad, and areas south of the Dead Sea, reportedly targeting a meeting site of Israeli internal front commanders.

It also stated that IRGC naval and aerospace units conducted continuous operations targeting U.S. forces’ hiding locations and drone control centers at Al Dhafra, Victoria, and Al-Salem bases using drones and precision-guided missiles.

According to the statement, Hezbollah in Lebanon, along with Islamic Resistance groups in Iraq and Yemen, carried out more than 120 operations against northern and southern areas of “occupied Palestine,” as well as alleged U.S. command positions in central and northern Iraq, causing what it described as “attritional damage” to enemy forces.

The IRGC concluded that changes in Iran’s offensive tactics and the use of new missile systems, combined with the expansion of resistance operations, indicate a “qualitative and strategic shift” on the battlefield, adding that it envisions a long-term erosion of Israeli and U.S. military power in the region toward a final confrontation and eventual advance toward “occupied Jerusalem.”
