IRGC Navy Equipped with Full Range of Combat Weapons
WANA (Dec 05) – The Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that the IRGC Navy is now equipped with the complete range of weapons required for naval warfare.
Major General Mohammad Pakpour explained the features of the IRGC Navy’s “Eghtedar” military exercise, stating that all essential equipment needed for naval combat has been organized and integrated into the force. He emphasized that the IRGC’s naval combat capabilities are now fully available to its operational units.

The large-scale “Eghtedar” naval drill, named after “Sardar Mohammad Nazeri,” began on Thursday, December 13. On Friday, during the second phase of the exercise, a significant number of long-range, precision-guided ballistic and cruise missiles were launched.
In this phase, Ghadir-110 and Ghadir-380 cruise missiles, as well as the Qadir missile and the 303 ballistic missile, were launched from various points deep inside the country toward predesignated targets in the Gulf of Oman. According to official reports, all targets were hit simultaneously with high accuracy.
