IRGC Navy Issues Warning to Vessels Transiting the Strait of Hormuz
WANA (May 05) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy has issued a statement warning vessels about transit through the Strait of Hormuz, emphasizing the need to adhere strictly to designated routes.
According to the statement, all vessels intending to pass through the strait must use only the corridor previously announced by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The IRGC Navy described this route as the sole safe passage for transit.
The statement further noted that any deviation from the designated corridor will be considered unsafe and will be met with firm action by the IRGC Navy. It stressed that compliance with these guidelines is essential to ensure maritime security in the region.
