WANA (Mar 12) – Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that more than 50 targets across Israel were struck during the 40th wave of Operation True Promise 4, carried out jointly with Lebanese resistance forces.

In a statement, the IRGC said the coordinated operation involved sustained fire over a five-hour period, combining missile launches by Iranian forces with drone and missile attacks by Hezbollah.

According to the IRGC’s public relations office, the operation—announced in statement No. 33 of Operation True Promise 4—was conducted under the code name “Ya Amir al-Mumineen.” The attack included the launch of Qadr, Emad, Kheibar-Shekan, and Fattah missiles by the IRGC, alongside extensive offensive drone and missile strikes carried out by Hezbollah against more than 50 targets across Israeli territory.

The statement said the coordinated strikes targeted military sites across Israel, from Haifa in the north to Tel Aviv in the center and Beersheba in the south, describing the attacks as delivering significant blows to Israeli military bases.

It also claimed that the U.S. Al-Azraq and Al-Kharj bases in the region were struck by IRGC missiles during the operation.

The IRGC further stated that, according to Israeli media reports, missile launches from Iran toward Israel have increased significantly over the past 24 hours and that Israeli casualties are rising.

The statement added that residents in Israeli areas are increasingly spending extended periods in shelters amid frequent air-raid sirens.
