IRGC Reports Destruction of Key U.S. Radar Systems in Kuwait
WANA (Jul 21) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Public Relations department has issued Statement No. 41, detailing additional strikes against U.S. radar installations in Kuwait as part of the ongoing Wave 24 of “Operation Nasr-2.”
Addressing the Iranian public, the IRGC confirmed that its forces targeted and destroyed an early warning radar, a tactical radar complex located near the Ali Al Salem Air Base, and an additional radar system on Kuwait’s Boubyan Island, taking all three out of operational service.
The military branch stated that these actions are part of a broader effort to clear the region of radar detection systems.
The IRGC concluded the announcement by affirming that retaliatory strikes against U.S. forces will continue.
