IRGC: Striking the Enemy with Speed and Precision
WANA (Apr 04) – The spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters stated that Iranian air defense units delivered powerful, precise blows to enemy aircraft, marking a significant day in the ongoing conflict with U.S. and Israeli forces.
In a statement, the spokesperson said that on Friday, April 3, the 35th day of the ongoing aggression by U.S. and Israeli forces, Iran’s air defense units achieved notable successes:
A large number of enemy aircraft, including fighter jets, helicopters, and drones, were intercepted and shot down with speed and precision.
Specifically, the IRGC Aerospace Force’s advanced air defense systems targeted a fifth-generation U.S. F-35 fighter, three strategic MQ-9 and Hermes drones, and two radar-evading cruise missiles.
The IRGC Ground Force and the Army’s air defense units additionally struck an advanced A-10 fighter and two Black Hawk helicopters under the integrated national air defense network.
The spokesperson emphasized that Iran’s air defense capabilities, developed by the country’s skilled and dedicated engineers, are continually deployed in operational scenarios, demonstrating full control over the nation’s airspace.
“We will continue to dominate our skies and expose the humiliation of our enemies to the world,” the statement concluded.
