WANA (May 10) – The naval force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has issued a warning against any attack on Iranian oil tankers and commercial vessels, stressing that such actions would trigger a severe response.

 

In a statement, the IRGC Navy said that “any aggression against the oil tankers and commercial ships of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be met with heavy attacks against one of the American bases in the region, as well as enemy vessels.”

 

The warning comes amid heightened tensions in regional waterways and growing concerns over maritime security. Iranian military officials have repeatedly emphasized the country’s commitment to safeguarding its shipping routes and protecting its commercial and energy interests.
