WANA (Jul 16) – The spokesperson for Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that the country’s ongoing military operations are currently focused on destroying U.S. offensive infrastructure in the region, warning that the enemy should not assume it can prolong the conflict into a war of attrition.

 

In a post published on his account on the social media platform X, IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Hossein Mohabbi stated that the enemy “should not imagine it can sustain the current dynamics of the battlefield and turn the conflict into a prolonged war of attrition.”

 

He added that Iran’s operations are, for now, concentrated on targeting and destroying U.S. offensive infrastructure across the region, noting that “the next phases will begin afterward.”
