Is the U.S. on the Verge of Entering the Iran-Israel War?
WANA (Jun 17) – An American source has told the Israeli media outlet i24 that final preparations are underway for the United States to join the war between Iran and Israel. But is this a real threat or merely a psychological game?
Israel’s Miscalculations
The Israeli regime believes that U.S. involvement in the war will frighten Iran or cause it to suffer heavier blows. But the reality is quite the opposite!
Iran Welcomes Direct Confrontation with the U.S.
The Iranian side not only does not fear this scenario, but actually views it as a strategic opportunity. If the U.S. directly enters the war, Iran could directly target American military bases in the region. Such action would disrupt America’s logistical and military support for Israel and shift the balance of power in Iran’s favor.
Weakening of U.S. Hegemony in the Middle East
If the U.S. becomes directly involved in the war:
- Its ability to provide logistical and strategic support to Israel will decline.
- U.S. bases in Iraq, Syria, and the Persian Gulf would be vulnerable to Iranian attacks.
- The cost of America’s military presence in the region would increase dramatically.
Dangerous Game or Strategic Miscalculation?
The U.S. and Israel must understand that Iran is not afraid of a widespread war and is prepared to respond decisively. Direct intervention by Washington will not save Israel—instead, it will further weaken America’s position in the region.
