Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters Reports Strikes on U.S. Bases in the Region
WANA (Jun 10) – Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced that several U.S. military bases in the region had been targeted by Iranian forces in response to recent American strikes on locations in southern Iran.
According to a statement released by the headquarters, the U.S. military launched attacks earlier today against several areas in southern Iran, citing what the statement described as the “pretext” of a downed American helicopter.
The statement said that, in response, a number of U.S. bases across the region were subjected to what it characterized as a “powerful assault” carried out jointly by the Islamic Republic of Iran Army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters further warned that any future military action against Iran would trigger a significantly stronger response. The statement emphasized that if attacks or violations of Iranian territory continue, broader and more intensive operations would be conducted against pre-designated U.S. targets throughout the region.
