Khatam al-Anbiya Spokesperson: U.S. and Israel Should Expect Stronger Blows
WANA (Apr 02) – The spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced that the 90th wave of Operation “True Promise 4” began in the early hours of today, in response to what he described as criminal acts and the targeting of Iran’s steel industry. The operation is being carried out jointly by the IRGC Aerospace and Naval Forces.
According to the spokesperson, the operation was launched under the code name “O He Who is Severe in Punishment.” Targets in this wave included U.S.-affiliated steel and industrial facilities in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; U.S. aluminum industries in Bahrain; and military industries belonging to Israel’s Rafael company. In addition, a location described as a hideout for U.S. forces near the city of Manama was also targeted.
He stated that during the missile and drone operation, dozens of U.S. personnel were killed or wounded, and ambulances remained at the scene for hours conducting relief and rescue operations.
The spokesperson added that, in response to attacks by U.S. and Israeli forces on infrastructure and residential areas, multiple targets were struck. These included sections of Tel Nof, Palmachim, and Ben Gurion airbases; military gathering points in Tel Aviv, Haifa, Eilat, the Negev, and Broseb; as well as U.S. military bases in Ahmad al-Jaber, Ali al-Salem, and Al-Kharj, which were targeted using heavy ballistic missiles and attack drones.
He further noted that an early warning radar system at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates was precisely hit and completely destroyed. He also stated that Iran’s integrated air defense network intercepted and shot down three hostile drones over Shiraz and one additional drone over the country’s northwest within the past 24 hours.
The statement also said that the Iranian Army, from the earliest hours of today, carried out drone strikes against Al-Azraq Air Base in Jordan, where U.S. fighter jets are stationed. The base was described as playing a key role in directing advanced fighter jet operations as well as reconnaissance and attack drone missions against regional targets and Iran. It was targeted with the aim of reducing the enemy’s air combat capabilities.
In conclusion, the spokesperson warned that the United States and Israel should expect stronger and more crushing blows from Iran in the region and the occupied territories. He also urged residents living near economic, industrial, and corporate centers linked to the United States and Israel to distance themselves from these areas.
