Larijani Calls on Muslims to Form “Joint Operations Headquarters”
WANA (Sep 13) – Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, issued a warning regarding the upcoming Islamic Conference, describing it as another gathering “full of speeches and without practical results,” similar to United Nations Security Council meetings.
In a message posted on X, Larijani wrote: “At the very least, form a ‘Joint Operations Headquarters’ against the madness of this regime. Even this decision would make the regime’s master anxious enough to reconsider orders to Israel in a bid for global peace and a Nobel Prize.”
He added: “For the starving and oppressed Muslims in Palestine, for whom you have done nothing, at least take some decisive steps to prevent your own destruction.”
These remarks come after the Israeli army and Shin Bet struck against Hamas leadership through the air force, targeting the group’s negotiating delegation while holding a meeting in Doha.
The attack took place as the Hamas delegation was reportedly discussing U.S. President Donald Trump’s ceasefire proposal.
