Latest Status of Iran’s Airspace
WANA (Oct 22) – A few hours ago, reports circulated in the media claiming that flights had been banned over certain areas of Iran.
However, reports indicate the national airspace is currently open and hosting both domestic and international flights across various regions.
At the time of this report’s publication, more than 50 aircraft were flying in Iranian airspace, seven of which were passing over the western part of the country.
