Launch of Wave 64: Large-Scale Missile Strikes on Strategic Targets
WANA (Mar 19) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of the 64th wave of “Operation True Promise 4” early Thursday morning.
According to official sources, the operation targeted a range of strategic sites across central and northern areas of the occupied territories using advanced missile systems.
Reports indicate that the strikes focused on key locations including Ben Gurion Airport, military support and troop assembly centers, as well as areas in Haifa and Rishon LeZion.
A variety of missile systems were reportedly used in the attacks, including the Qadr, Emad, Kheibar Shekan, and Khorramshahr missiles, some of which are equipped with multiple warheads.
In the early hours of this wave, several ballistic missiles were launched, with initial reports suggesting that a significant number successfully hit their intended targets. The scope of the operation is also said to extend beyond ground targets, potentially involving maritime movements in the region.
Following these developments, security conditions in the occupied territories have been significantly affected, with reports indicating widespread use of shelters and disruptions to daily life.
Iranian officials have described the operation as part of a broader response to recent attacks, emphasizing that such measures will continue until their stated objectives are achieved. According to them, the 64th wave is still ongoing, with further phases expected to follow.
