Leak of Data on 400 U.S. Navy Officers in “Early Death” Cyber Operation
WANA (May 04) – A hacking group known as “Handala” announced in a statement that it had carried out a cyber operation called “Early Death,” during which it disclosed sensitive information related to 400 senior officers of the United States Navy.
According to the statement, the identities of these individuals were obtained through a breach of a U.S. military base in the Persian Gulf region. The group stated that the officers are currently stationed across various locations in the area. The released message also included details such as military ranks and operational units.
The statement described the operation as “beyond a warning,” adding that there is an ability to monitor and track the movements of the U.S. naval fleet in the region. It said:
“Shadows of the resistance are watching your every move; no vessel, no base, and no route is beyond our sight.”
It was also stated that a direct warning message had been sent to the secure phones of these officers. The message read:
“By choosing the path of arrogance and aggression, you have chosen an early death. The sea is no longer safe for you.”
The group further emphasized that this action represents part of what it described as its “intelligence superiority and response capability,” while warning against any military activity in the region.
