WANA (Mar 21) – The commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy announced that two air bases used by U.S. and Israeli forces had been targeted, saying the facilities had served as launch points for attacks on Iranian islands.

 

According to the political correspondent, Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri, commander of the IRGC Navy, wrote in a post on X that the force had struck the facilities of the Al Minhad and Ali Al Salem air bases, including aircraft hangars and fuel storage depots used by U.S.-Israeli aircraft, with a large-scale barrage of ballistic missiles and suicide drones.

 

He said the two bases had been the origin of attacks against Iranian islands.

 

In the same message, Tangsiri issued a stark warning, saying: “On all Iranian islands, the graves of child-killing aggressors have already been prepared.”

In a statement, the public relations office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that the latest attacks are part of the continuation of Wave 72 of the “True Promise 4” operation, carried out under the code name “O Messenger of God.”

WANA (Mar 21) – According to a new report from Iran’s Ministry of Health, 970 people are currently hospitalized in medical centers across the country.

 

The report states that since the beginning of the war, 20,984 individuals have been discharged after receiving treatment, and a total of 849 surgeries have been performed during this period.

 

The ministry also announced that the number of injured individuals under the age of 18 has reached 1,510, including 53 children under the age of two. Additionally, 13 children under five and a total of 208 individuals under 18 have lost their lives in the conflict.

 

The report further notes that seven hospitals have been evacuated and 36 ambulances have been damaged.

 

According to the data provided, as of March 21, 2026, 234 women are among the deceased, while the number of injured women has reached 3,600. Among the affected regions, Tehran and Hormozgan have recorded the highest number of fatalities.

WANA (Mar 21) – Reports indicate that the total number of enemy fighter jets shot down has increased to six. According to these reports, three aircraft — an F-15, an F-35, and an F-16 — have so far been targeted and brought down by Iran’s air defense systems over Iranian airspace. In addition, three F-15 Strike Eagles have reportedly been shot down in Kuwait.

 

Meanwhile, it has been stated that the U.S. military has also acknowledged the downing of these aircraft.

 

Furthermore, during the first three weeks of the war, more than 200 aerial vehicles — including drones, cruise missiles, and refueling aircraft — have been intercepted and destroyed by Iran’s defense systems.
