WANA (Mar 22) – Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Speaker of Iran’s Parliament, in a statement posted on social platform X. Ghalibaf said that, in addition to military bases, “financial entities that finance the U.S. military budget are legitimate targets.”

 

He further stated that U.S. Treasury bonds are “soaked in Iranians’ blood,” arguing that investing in them equates to supporting hostile actions against Iran. “Purchase them, and you purchase a strike on your headquarters in assets,” he wrote, adding, “We monitor your portfolios. WANA (Mar 22) – Mohammadreza Zafarghandi, Iran’s Minister of Health, announced that 210 children were killed and more than 1,500 teenagers injured during the recent conflict. He also reported significant damage to 300 medical centers and 30 ambulances.

 

Minister Zafarghandi described the attack on Shajareh Taybeh School in Minab as an “unforgettable tragedy” and a “crime against humanity.”

WANA (Mar 22) – Brigadier General Ebrahim Zolfaghari, spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, stated that the dynamics of the conflict in the region are rapidly changing, and that the Israeli military’s control over the defense of occupied Palestinian territories is “collapsing.”

 

Zolfaghari said that following a series of successful interceptions of enemy aircraft by Iran’s air defense forces on Saturday, an Israeli-American combat drone was shot down over Tehran during reconnaissance operations.
