WANA (Mar 27) – Khuzestan Steel and Mobarakeh Steel in Isfahan were targeted in separate airstrikes earlier today, in attacks attributed to the U.S. and Israel.
A spokesperson for Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade said parts of the facilities were damaged, and expert teams are on-site to assess the full extent of the damage.
At Khuzestan Steel, no casualties have been reported so far. Assessments at Mobarakeh Steel are ongoing, with the possibility of injuries or fatalities.
