This document would define the framework and parameters for a month of negotiations aimed at ending the war.
The newspaper further claimed that the draft memorandum includes discussions on Iran’s nuclear program, the de-escalation of tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, and the possibility of transferring Iran’s highly enriched uranium stockpiles abroad. However, sources emphasized that key issues remain unresolved and could still potentially derail the negotiations.

US Sanctions Targets Supporting Iran’s Drone Production
WANA (May 09) – The U.S. Department of the Treasury added the names of 3 individuals and 9 companies to the list of sanctions imposed against Iran on Saturday morning (Tehran time) under the pretext of weapons non-proliferation.
The three sanctioned individuals are nationals of Iran, China, and Belarus. All the sanctioned companies are also based in Belarus and China.
The U.S. stated that these individuals and companies assisted Iran’s weapons sector and engaged in the procurement of raw materials for the production of “Shahed” drones.
