Multiple hospital departments suffered significant destruction, with broken windows and injuries to hospitalized patients reported.

According to Iran’s Ministry of Health, in the past 65 hours, 224 people have been killed and 1,481 injured across the country. Meanwhile, Hebrew-language media reported at least 13 Israeli deaths and over 100 injuries as a result of Iranian attacks. Israeli media also reported that, so far, Iran has launched 370 ballistic missiles and over 100 drones in eleven separate waves of attacks on Israeli territory.
