WANA (Sep 22) – The spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) advised US leaders and authorities not to repeat actions they had previously tried and failed at, saying that repeating a failed experience would be a mistake.

Brig. Gen. Hossein Mohbi, spokesman for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, made the remarks in an interview regarding statements by US officials threatening to attack Mount Kolang (Pickaxe Mountain) and destroy infrastructure.

Mohebi said Trump has a habit of constantly issuing threats and forgets that he has made threats before but failed to carry them out, adding that he is now making new threats again.

He added that if the United States seeks to attack any location in Iran—not only Mount Kolang or the specific location it has threatened to target—Iran is fully prepared to confront a US attack.

“The experiences the United States has previously gained from the way we confronted it, which in fact prevented the United States from achieving its objectives, will be repeated for the United States,” Mohebi said.

He continued by advising US leaders and authorities not to repeat actions they had previously experienced and failed at, saying that repeating a failed experience would be a mistake and that anyone who has experienced something once and seeks to experience it again will regret it.

Mohebi stressed that Iran is prepared in all areas where the United States believes it can achieve its objectives by targeting particular locations and areas, saying Iran will, as always, thwart that perception and demonstrate its capabilities on the ground to the United States.

“We are prepared for every scenario by the enemy, and in whatever arena the enemy seeks to act, we will certainly deliver a crushing response,” Mohebi said.
