WANA (Sep 09) – Multiple commercial ships in the northern Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman have been targeted and disabled during ongoing regional military activities, according to the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO).

 

In a separate incident, a vessel anchored approximately 24 nautical miles northwest of Dubai’s Port Rashid suffered a list and water ingress, reportedly following an impact from an unidentified projectile.
