WANA (May 18) – Esmail Kowsari, a member of the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, told reporters that diplomacy with the U.S. will not yield results.

 

“When an agreement was reached, signed, and finalized, the gambler Trump tore it all up,” Kowsari said. “Now that we are in a state of war, and they have lost, the situation is clear.”

 

Kowsari concluded that Trump is merely attempting to portray himself as a winner, which is impossible, declaring that Iran will “definitely and certainly not achieve any results through negotiations.”
