WANA (Jun 15) – The Foreign Minister of Pakistan, in a statement, announced the unanimous adoption of a resolution in the Senate of Pakistan in support of Iran following the aggressive attacks by the Israeli regime, and while declaring support for Iran’s right to self-defense, condemned the Israeli regime and its violations of international law.

The statement further declared that the Senate of Pakistan, with unanimous consensus, condemns the Israeli regime and its heinous crimes against the Islamic Ummah, especially against the brotherly and friendly nations of Palestine and Iran.

The statement added: “The Senate of Pakistan stands with our Iranian brothers and sisters and supports their right to defend themselves against this aggression.”

The military conflict between the Israeli regime and Iran began following the regime’s aggression against military and nuclear installations and residential neighborhoods at dawn on the 13th of June.

During these attacks, high-ranking military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilian citizens have been martyred. Despite the regime’s attacks on Iran’s military and nuclear infrastructure, Iran’s nuclear activities and defense operations are continuing uninterrupted, notwithstanding some inflicted damage.

The Armed Forces of Iran, which had promised a decisive response to this illegal aggression, launched Operation “True Promise 3” against the occupied territories, of which two phases have so far been carried out, and dozens of missiles and drones have successfully hit designated targets in various parts of the occupied territories.
