WANA (Jun 15) – Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced that the details of the agreement aimed at ending the conflict between Iran and the United States will be made public at an appropriate time, stressing that the negotiating team will remain committed to the established principles and red lines throughout the upcoming talks.

 

Pezeshkian said the agreement was the result of months of negotiations, continuous follow-up, and extensive diplomatic engagement. “If all provisions of this document are fully implemented, it could be recorded as a significant and honorable achievement for the country,” he stated.

 

Referring to the potential impact of the agreement, he added: “The full implementation of this understanding could resolve many of the country’s challenges and create new opportunities for Iran and the wider Middle East.” The president also described the agreement as an important achievement for Iran, the region, and resistance groups, reiterating that its details would be disclosed in due course.

 

Pezeshkian went on to thank members of the negotiating team and the institutions involved in the process, noting that more than 90 percent of the members of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council supported the agreement following extensive discussions and review. According to him, only limited disagreements remained on a small number of issues, which he did not elaborate on.

 

The president also highlighted the unity among the armed forces, the judiciary, the parliament, and the government, describing this internal cohesion as a key factor behind the progress achieved. He argued that such unity has caused concern among Iran’s regional adversaries.

 

Referring to the two-month period allocated for discussions on the agreement’s details, Pezeshkian emphasized: “The members of the negotiating team will not, under any circumstances, retreat from the values and frameworks established by the Leader of the Islamic Revolution.”

 

He also expressed appreciation for the support and authority granted by the Leader to the Supreme National Security Council, the negotiating team, and the government, saying that such guidance and backing played a crucial role in reaching the agreement.

 

In his concluding remarks, the president underscored the importance of national solidarity and public participation in navigating the next stage of the process. He called on all citizens to maintain unity and strengthen social resilience in support of the country’s future plans.
