Pezeshkian: Iran Represents Ethical and Responsible Power
WANA (May 05) – Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, emphasized in a message posted on the social media platform X that Iran stands as a representative of ethical and responsible power, while describing its adversaries as symbols of unaccountable and irresponsible power.
According to political reports, Pezeshkian noted in his message that if politics is reduced merely to the pursuit of power, the outcome will be a world marked by chaos, oppression, injustice, and even phenomena such as piracy—conditions that, he said, are evident in today’s global landscape.
The President also underscored the cultural and religious foundations of Iran, stating that within Iran’s national traditions and its religious framework, power without ethics is meaningless. Based on this perspective, he affirmed that Iran considers itself a proponent of power grounded in responsibility and moral principles.
He concluded by reiterating that the fundamental distinction between Iran and its opponents lies in this ethical and responsible approach to power.
