WANA (Mar 29) – Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian said in a post on X that Americans participating in the “No Kings” protests are reacting against what he described as “Israel First” policies.

He wrote: “AI experts in the United States should make President Trump aware of the reality of people in his country participating in the ‘No Kings’ protests. The American people are angry about ‘Israel First’. They are tired of Israeli kings ruling over American democracy.”

Earlier, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran’s Parliament speaker, also reacted to the “No Kings” protests in the United States with a message posted on X.

He wrote: “Welcome to the party we started 47 years ago, No kings. This is the people of Iran, and we approve this message.”

Further, Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, wrote on X:

“The largest protests in U.S. history are unfolding across the country as Americans demand an end to the illegal war their administration has chosen to wage against Iran.

For years, the American public has demonstrated remarkable moral courage by consistently opposing the misguided and warmongering policies of their administrations. Decisions that flagrantly breach international law and starkly violate fundamental human values are often made in secrecy, yet they will ultimately be judged by public opinion and the global conscience.

Iran harbors no hostility toward the American people. No American lives or tax dollars should be sacrificed for a senseless ‘war of whims’ driven by the vicious whims of indicted war criminals.”
