WANA (May 04) – The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) has reported that an unidentified projectile struck an oil tanker in UAE waters.

 

The UKMTO announced that it received a report of an incident 78 nautical miles north of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

 

According to the organization, which monitors maritime incidents, it was reported that an oil tanker was hit by an unidentified projectile, but all crew members are safe.

 

No further details regarding the incident have been released.
