Qaani: Perpetrators of Attacks in Lebanon Will Face Severe and Regret-Inducing Punishment
WANA (Apr 09) – The commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) warned of the consequences of recent developments in Lebanon, stressing that those responsible for the attacks would face “severe and regret-inducing punishment.”
In a message, Brigadier General Esmail Qaani described the recent attacks as a continuation of what he called the “long history of anti-human crimes” by Israel.
He also criticized the Israeli prime minister, describing the recent actions as an attempt to demonstrate greater brutality, adding that such actions reflect the violent nature of the regime.
Emphasizing that “the enemy must await the consequences of its actions,” the Quds Force commander stated that the response to these attacks would be carried out in a way that would leave the perpetrators regretful.
