WANA (Aug 04) – The Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom, in a report referring to the release of images of a female Israeli pilot by the Islamic Republic of Iran’s state television, described the matter as serious and dangerous.

In its report titled “Iranian Television Reveals Identity of Israeli Air Force Pilot,” the newspaper stated that Iran’s state broadcaster had disclosed the identity of a female pilot in the Israeli Air Force and, in addition, had aired images of her husband and child.

Israel Hayom added that the leaked information included the rank, position, and squadron number in which the female Israeli pilot serves.

The Israeli outlet stressed that it remains unclear how Iranian authorities obtained the photographs and information about the pilot.

Earlier, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) had announced through the release of a video that, for the first time, images and information on several Israeli pilots involved in the bombing of Iranian civilians had been exposed.
