Rezaei from Kharg Island: Daily Life Is Normal; Oil Exports Continue Uninterrupted
WANA (Mar 28) – Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesperson for the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Iran’s Parliament, said during a visit to Kharg Island that conditions on the island are completely normal and that oil export operations are continuing without any disruption.
Referring to his presence on Kharg Island alongside several members of parliament, he said that security is fully maintained on the island and that oil industry personnel are continuing to carry out their duties.
According to Rezaei, no unusual or concerning issues were observed during the visit, and both daily life and economic activity on the island are proceeding as usual.
The parliamentary commission’s spokesperson also stressed the readiness of Iran’s armed forces, warning that any attack on Kharg Island would be met with a “firm and severe” response.
He added that the armed forces are committed to ensuring that, in the event of any aggression against the Iranian island, the attackers would face the harshest possible retaliation and “would not return alive.”
