Seventy-Fourth Wave of Operation True Promise 4 Carried Out
WANA (Mar 22) – The seventy-fourth wave of Operation True Promise 4 was carried out under the code name “Ya Amir al-Mu’minin (AS)”, as part of the operation’s pre-planned phases. This stage was dedicated to the martyrs of Operation Fath ol-Mobin, launched on March 22, 1982, in the area west of the Karkheh River and the city of Shush.
In this phase, U.S. bases in the region, as well as targets in the central and southern parts of the occupied Palestinian territories, were struck using new tactics and upgraded missile and drone systems.
According to the published details, the U.S. King Sultan base, the U.S. Fifth Fleet, and positions linked to the Komala group were hit in continuation of the previous days’ strikes, using Emad, Fateh, and Qiam missiles, along with offensive drones.
Military bases and security centers in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Holon, and Ramat Gan were also targeted this morning following direct hits by heavy Qadr, Kheibar Shekan, and Khorramshahr-4 missiles.
The statement issued on the operation said that strategic confusion within CENTCOM, disruption of the U.S.-Israeli multilayered air defense network in West Asia, and damage to U.S. weapons support systems had shifted the battlefield equations in Iran’s favor.
The statement further warned that if attacks on Iran’s civilian centers or energy infrastructure are repeated, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s response will go beyond expectations and differ from the current course of action.
