Signing of 18 Cooperation Agreements Between Iran and Oman
WANA (May 27) – During the official visit of Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to Muscat, 18 cooperation agreements were signed between senior officials of Iran and the Sultanate of Oman.
These agreements aim to institutionalize bilateral cooperation and strengthen relations between the two countries in various fields, including legal, economic, political, cultural, educational, health, defense, media, technology, energy, and mining. They reflect the strong determination of both Tehran and Muscat to expand comprehensive ties.
On the sidelines of the ceremony, a joint commemorative stamp was also unveiled by the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Sultanate of Oman. Symbolizing the cultural, historical, and civilizational bonds between the two nations, the stamp represents the depth of friendly relations between Tehran and Muscat.
