WANA (Jul 25) – The strategic-operational resolution of the nationwide rallies held across Iran under the banner of “Fridays of Rage and Victory” was issued in solidarity with the oppressed and resilient people of Gaza.

The full text of the resolution reads as follows:

In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

The Prophet of Islam (peace be upon him and his family) said: “Whoever hears the cry of a person calling, ‘O Muslims, help me!’ and does not respond, is not a Muslim.”

At a time when the cries of women, children, and the oppressed people of Gaza — besieged, starved, and subjected to systematic slaughter — have deafened the world and discredited the so-called advocates of human rights, the Muslim and revolutionary people of Iran once again raised their voices. Through their conscious and passionate participation in the nationwide “Fridays of Rage and Victory” rallies, they condemned the silence, apathy, and complicity in these horrific crimes and fulfilled their historic responsibility toward what they call the “Karbala of Gaza” — as a moral, Islamic, and human duty.

Today, we, the participants of this march, while declaring full support for Gaza’s just resistance, announce the following strategic directives and demands, calling on all institutions and authorities to adopt an active, responsible, and effective stance:

1. We call for the formation of a coordinated international media front in support of the people of Gaza to break the ongoing news blockade. We urge the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, international news agencies, and media outlets to mobilize their resources to prioritize news, cultural, and digital coverage of Gaza. They must lead efforts to reconstruct Gaza’s victimized image in global public opinion through alternative narratives, media diplomacy, and strategic communication.

2. We consider it essential to establish an international task force for delivering food and medicine to Gaza, led by humanitarian organizations. We call on the governments and peoples of Egypt and Jordan to open land crossings, and we urge key institutions — such as the Red Crescent Society, the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and international NGOs — to take the lead and fulfill their obligations under international humanitarian law in addressing famine used as a weapon of war.

3. We believe that Iran’s Foreign Ministry and diplomatic missions must actively pursue multilayered political and diplomatic pressure on regional and international bodies — including the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League — to stop the atrocities. They should also cooperate with NGOs to present legal documentation of systematic violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention and children’s rights in international forums.

4. We stress that providing essential food and medical aid to Gaza is a test of religious conscience and social responsibility for the Islamic world. We call on philanthropists, grassroots organizations, charitable institutions, and the Red Crescent to urgently fulfill this humanitarian duty using regional distribution networks.

5. We urge religious leaders, social influencers, reciters, eulogists, artists, and athletes to use their symbolic capital to amplify Gaza’s silenced voice. Institutions such as the Islamic Propagation Organization, the Endowments and Charity Affairs Organization, the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, the Ministry of Sports and Youth, IRIB, and digital platforms must support and amplify these messengers.

6. We invite students, activists, and the broader public to take action — both on the streets and in cyberspace — to form a transnational resistance network. We expect the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Science, and student organizations to provide legal frameworks and support structures for this form of protest.

7. As the proud people of Iran, we expect the Islamic countries of North Africa — particularly Egypt — to take decisive steps, such as blocking logistical and maritime routes to the Zionist regime. Iran’s Foreign Ministry must pursue this strategic demand through regional resistance diplomacy.

8. We believe targeted boycotts of companies cooperating with the Zionist regime must become a public movement. The Ministry of Industry, the Chamber of Commerce, the Consumer Protection Organization, and the media must lead this effort with transparency and resolve.

We, the great people of Iran, declare in a loud and unwavering voice: If history gives us the choice between silence and support, we choose action, support, and steadfastness.

Gaza is not alone — and we will stand by it to the very end.
