WANA (Mar 31) – The Public Relations Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that in the early hours of today, IRGC Navy forces carried out four rapid, coordinated, and successful operations as part of the 88th wave of Operation “True Promise,” under the code name “Ya Fatemeh al-Zahra (PBUH),” targeting positions attributed to American-Israeli forces in the region.

According to the statement, in the first operation, a container ship affiliated with Israel, identified as “Express Halfong,” was struck in the central waters of the Persian Gulf by IRGC Navy ballistic missiles, sustaining heavy damage.

In the second combined operation, a gathering of U.S. Marines positioned along the coasts of the United Arab Emirates—reportedly stationed outside formal military bases in a concealed location to avoid missile strikes—was precisely targeted by loitering (suicide) drones, resulting in significant casualties and damage.

In the third phase, an anti-drone system (HAWK) belonging to the U.S. Fifth Fleet, which had been deployed outside its base near Manama Airport in Bahrain, was destroyed in a precise drone strike and taken out of operation.

Additionally, in the fourth operation, two early-warning air surveillance radar systems located at the U.S. base “Jaber al-Ahmad” were targeted by drones and completely disabled.

The IRGC Navy further emphasized that it maintains full control and operational dominance over the Strait of Hormuz, stating that, under orders from the Commander-in-Chief, any hostile movement in this strategic waterway will be met with an immediate missile and drone response.

The statement concluded by noting that the operation is ongoing and that further phases will be carried out if necessary.
