WANA (Jun 13) – The U.S. President Donald J. Trump announced via social media that a new agreement between his administration and Iran is scheduled to be signed tomorrow, promising a drastic shift in geopolitical relations and a complete halt to Iran’s nuclear program.

 

In a statement posted to his Truth Social account, Trump heavily criticized the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) negotiated under President Barack Obama. Trump characterized the original deal as an “easy, beautiful, smooth road to a Nuclear Weapon” that would have resulted in Iran acquiring and utilizing nuclear arms years ago.

 

In contrast, Trump labeled his new framework as “A WALL TO NO NUCLEAR WEAPON!” claiming that under the upcoming terms, Iran has abandoned its desire for nuclear weapons and will be entirely barred from procuring them through purchase, development, or any other means.

 

According to the statement, the deal introduces several major changes to regional security and diplomatic policy. First, the critical maritime trade route in the Strait of Hormuz will be declared “OPEN TO ALL” immediately following the signing of the agreement.

 

Additionally, Trump emphasized that “no money will exchange hands,” contrasting the deal with the “hundreds of billions of dollars in payments” and “$1.7 billion in cash” he attributed to the Obama administration’s diplomatic efforts.

 

Furthermore, the plan outlines a future operation where U.S. forces will retrieve “Nuclear Dust” buried beneath mountainous terrain to downblend and destroy it, utilizing B-2 bombers and American personnel.

 

Trump concluded his statement by expressing optimism for long-term cooperation with Iran and the wider Middle East, while concurrently issuing a stark warning.

 

He noted that if the diplomatic process fails, the United States maintains an undisclosed “ultimate alternative,” expressing hope that it would never have to be deployed.
