Trump: I Prevented 5 Wars, But Others Get the Nobel!
WANA (Jul 05) – The U.S. President has once again revealed his long-standing dream of receiving the Nobel Peace Prize—this time claiming he prevented five wars between various countries, yet the prize continues to be awarded to others.
Speaking at a rally in Iowa to celebrate the passing of what he called the “big, beautiful bill,” President Donald Trump asserted that he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. He added, somewhat bitterly, that the award has instead gone to people who merely wrote about his accomplishments.
Trump’s claim of preventing wars comes despite the fact that, in just the first six months of his presidency, he fueled at least two military conflicts.

In addition to backing Israel’s aggression against Iranian territory, he authorized a direct strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities. Even earlier, he was physically present in the command room and personally ordered attacks on Yemen.
In both cases, Trump was eventually forced to call for a ceasefire after a short period—apparently to avoid further costs for himself and his country.
Rehashing his past remarks about dismantling Iran’s nuclear program, the former president also claimed he had successfully prevented wars between India and Pakistan, the Congo and Rwanda, as well as Kosovo and Serbia.
Many analysts have long believed that Trump harbors ambitions of winning the Nobel Peace Prize—and suggest that his push for a rapid ceasefire in Gaza was largely motivated by this goal.
