Turkish Foreign Minister Holds Phone Call with Iran’s Araghchi
WANA (Mar 10) – Hakan Fidan, Turkey’s Foreign Minister, held a phone conversation with Abbas Araghchi, discussing recent regional security concerns.
During the call, Fidan stressed that violations of Turkish airspace are unacceptable and underlined that Turkey will continue to take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty.
He further emphasized that all parties should refrain from actions that could undermine regional security or endanger civilians.
Araghchi responded by asserting that the missiles reportedly targeting Turkish airspace did not originate from Iran. He confirmed that a comprehensive investigation would be conducted to clarify the incident.
