U.S. Air Assets Damaged Since the Start of the War
WANA (Apr 04) – Some of the U.S. air assets that have been damaged or destroyed since the beginning of the war with Iran are reported as follows:
- 1 F-35 fighter jet (valued at $110 million)
- 4 F-15E fighter jets (with a combined value of $360 million)
- 1 A-10 aircraft (valued at $18.8 million)
- 1 E-3 AWACS aircraft (valued at $700 million)
- 8 aerial refueling aircraft (with a combined value of $320 million)
- 3 HH-60M and HH-60W helicopters (with a combined value of $60 million)
- 17 MQ-9 drones (with a combined value of $510 million)
A U.S. Chinook helicopter, reportedly destroyed in Kuwait two days ago, should also be added to this list.
