WANA (Jul 13) – The UK government has taken a hostile step against the Islamic Republic of Iran by placing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on its alleged list of “terrorist” organizations, in line with policies pursued by the United States.

 

The British government officially designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a “terrorist” organization on Monday, as part of its continued measures targeting Iran.

 

According to a report by Sky News, under the new decision, membership in the IRGC, participation in its meetings, or the public display of its symbols will be considered a criminal offense in the United Kingdom.
