WANA (Jun 14) – Ali Akbar Velayati, senior adviser to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on international affairs, issued a warning regarding recent developments in Lebanon, stating that a “miscalculation in Beirut” has brought the resistance axis’s patience to an end.

 

In a post on X, Velayati wrote: “The miscalculation in Beirut has exhausted patience, and the order has been given. Zero hour has arrived, and the launchers are being readied.”

 

Referring to Hezbollah’s position within the resistance axis, he added: “Hezbollah is an inseparable part of the resistance axis. If the fire of provocation in Lebanon is not extinguished, the two powerful geographic arms—Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab—will squeeze your economic lifelines to the point of strategic suffocation.”
