WANA (Jun 30) – During a meeting with Kuwait’s foreign minister, Iran’s ambassador stressed that the Israeli regime’s attack on Iran was a blatant violation of the United Nations Charter and was not carried out without coordination with the United States.

Mohammad Toutounchi, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kuwait, met this evening with Kuwait’s Foreign Minister and delivered a written message from Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister.

In the meeting, Toutounchi said that the targeted assassinations of nuclear scientists and military commanders, as well as the massacre of hundreds of defenseless Iranian civilians, were clear examples of state terrorism, and that this aggression constituted a flagrant breach of the UN Charter which did not occur without U.S. coordination.

Abdullah Al-Yahya thanked Iran’s Foreign Minister, reaffirmed—on behalf of all Gulf Cooperation Council countries—the condemnation of this brutal aggression, and reiterated Kuwait’s readiness to provide any necessary medical and humanitarian assistance.

During the meeting, the two sides also discussed key regional and international issues and called for continued bilateral dialogue aimed at strengthening relations and ensuring security and stability in the region.
