WANA (OCT 16) – Naser Kanani, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held his weekly press conference today, October 16th, where he mentioned that the Islamic Republic of Iran is not a party to the war in Israel and Palestine. Yet, Iran will always be a devoted supporter of Palestine.

 

“These propositions ( Iran’s military presence in the Israel-Palestine war) have political and illusory motives and are an attempt to divert public opinion away from the unequivocal support of the United States to the Zionist regime in the ongoing attacks against the oppressed Palestinian nation in Gaza.” Said the spokesman in this weekly presser.

 

The spokesman also talked about how the nations need to start taking action about the wild activities of Israel before it’s too late.

 

In this regard, Naser Kanani said: “continuing these inhuman approaches can cause the situation in the region to get out of control.”

 

The spokesman also confirmed that the rumors regarding the blocking off of Iran’s assets are not true, and Iran has full possession of its freed assets.
