WANA (Mar 6) – Following the sanctions of Western countries and especially the United States leading to the prevention of the sale of medicines needed for butterfly patients by a Swedish company which caused severe physical and mental harm to them, butterfly patients (EB) filed a lawsuit against the United States in thr International Relations Law court (Branch 55) in Tehran.

Based on this lawsuit , with the legal follow-up done by the lawyer of the case, finally the International Relations Court (Branch number 55) of Tehran ordered the seizure of the American oil cargo “ADVANTAGE SWEET” ship in the Persian Gulf, and the cargo of this ship was seized.

 

Eventually the necessary orders will be issued to unload the oil cargo.The value of this oil shipment is estimated at more than 50 million dollars.
